All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment.

Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.

The management reserves the right to deny admission if identification is invalid or incomplete.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.

Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Any outstanding balance must be settled at check-out.

Cancellation made more than 7 days before check-in: Full refund minus transaction fees.

Cancellation made between 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

No-shows and early departures: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before check-in.

Additional charges may apply for changes in room type or season.

Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage to property and will be charged accordingly.

Dandeli Aura Homestay is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' belongings.

Guests must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the property.

The homestay is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
